Child Safety Standards

HaitiConnects maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of content or behavior that harms or endangers minors.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any creation, uploading, sharing, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material or any form of child exploitation on HaitiConnects. Any user account found violating this policy will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.

2. In-App & External Reporting Options

Users can report safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or suspicious content directly within the application:

  • In-App Reporting: Tap the options menu (three dots) on any user profile or message thread and select "Report User / Safety Concern".
  • Direct Contact Email: Concerns can also be emailed directly to our designated child safety response team at privacy@solinovation.com or report@solinovation.com.

3. Reporting to Legal Authorities

HaitiConnects fully complies with regional and international legal obligations. When CSAM or child exploitation material is detected or reported on our platform:

  • We promptly report the violation and associated account information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations to ensure the protection of minors.
